In response to NASA's tweet inviting fall applications with the picture of four NASA interns, including the one of Pratima Roy that had Hindu Goddesses in the background, a Twitter user, Ranjith Kumar A.K.(ரஞ்சித்குமார் அ.க) who calls himself belonging to the Dravidian stock, with 275+ followers, tweeted: "Oh poor NASA. Now this picture will be used for lies like "Hindu kid given highest honor by NASA", " Even NASA agreed that uttering gayathri mantra improves brain power", "NASA revealed that god saraswati's veena sound is heard in space" etc. We are living in a post truth India."
